It was built in 1969 due to an initiative of the businessman, Marc Ferragut, and became the first building with these characteristics in Spain. It has a surface of 11.000 meters squared and it is situated in Palma bay. Of the nine halls it houses, two have a theater structure and are in possession of excellent acoustics. Scenic arts are programmed all throughout the year and it is also holds conventions and conferences.
