In 1997, a group of neighbors of Santa Maria del Camí, obtained an authorization from the Town Council to use the houses of Son LLaüt, as a rehearsal place for music groups. Today, it is an open space for creativity where different artistic disciplines coexist together. It has a social club where live music is programmed all throughout the year (also on the outdoor space). It also has a modern music school, Factoria de Músics.
