This modern building is assembled on a piece of land donated to the town council of Artá by Cristófol Ferrer, one of its neighbors. It was inaugurated in 2001 and since then keeps an opened program for all scenic arts, including Cinematographic Arts. Given its characteristics, it also holds conferences and conventions.
