This scenic place is set in a gothic manor of the 14th -15th century, situated in the old part of Palma. It is a typical example of medieval architecture and in the courtyard it preserves an arch and listed shields. It housed the federal republican center and later on the circle of catholic workers. Since 1989 it is owned by the theater cooperative Estudi Zero and is the head office of the performing arts school.
