New edition of this fair dedicated to lovers of viticulture. It has been held since 2004 and is organized by the Pollença City Council and the Associació Vi Primitiu, a name they borrow from the poet and chronicler of the city Miquel Bota Totxo.
It takes place in the Claustre de Sant Domingo on May 10 and 11. This year, 37 Mallorcan wineries will be presenting their best vintages, three of them doing so for the first time. This 22nd edition will feature representatives from the Pla i Llevant, Binissalem Designation of Origin, and the PGI Vi de la Terra de Mallorca. In addition, 23 wineries representing the Montsant Designation of Origin (in the Priorat region) will be present. A total of around 250 wines will be available to taste.
In addition, the Pollença Wine Fair offers a unique opportunity to speak with the producers. It's a chance to learn more about the stories behind each bottle and discover the new products they present each year.
This year's winner of the 2025 Pollença Wine Fair image contest is Malena Vilanova. With an extensive artistic career, she has accumulated several awards and participated in numerous exhibitions over the years. He began his career with oil painting and later delved into watercolor, a technique he chose to illustrate the Fira del Vi 2025 poster.
