Founded and artistically directed by Mallorcan violinist Joan López de Soria, the festival brings together a new generation of musicians across five concerts in Palma and Alaró.

The concert marks the 710th anniversary of the death of Mallorcan philosopher and writer Ramon Llull, one of the most important figures in Balearic culture.
This concert is part of the Mallorca Chamber Music Festival, whose first three concerts take place at the Sala Mozart in the Auditòrium de Palma (3-5 Sep) and which closes on 7 September at the Teatre d'Alaró.
