Nit de l'Art Palma 2026 - 30th Anniversary

The 30th edition of Palma's most anticipated cultural event takes place on Saturday, September 19, 2026. It's a night when the city transforms into a giant open-air gallery, inviting residents and visitors to enjoy contemporary art in galleries, museums, historic buildings, and cultural spaces.

What began in 1996 as a pioneering initiative has become one of Europe's most acclaimed contemporary art events, officially kicking off Mallorca's autumn exhibition season. Today, it brings together artists, galleries, collectors, and thousands of visitors for an evening where the island's cultural scene comes alive.

From 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, galleries throughout the city will open their doors with new exhibitions, artist presentations, and special events. In addition to the official gallery programs, visitors can enjoy exhibitions at major cultural institutions, free guided tours in several languages, concerts, talks with artists, and collaborative projects organized in Palma and other municipalities.

This historic edition presents a new visual identity for the festival and welcomes the a66 gallery as the newest member of Art Palma Contemporani, further expanding the event's contemporary art network.

Art Palma Contemporani, founded in 2004, is the association of contemporary art galleries in Mallorca. It organizes three major annual events: Nit de l'Art (September), Art Palma Brunch (March), and Art Palma Summer (June), which showcase local and international talent and strengthen Mallorca's position on the global art scene.
