📖 About the concert

Guitarist José María Gallardo performs Joaquín Rodrigo's Concierto de Aranjuez, with its unforgettable Adagio, alongside Diamantes para Aranjuez, his own work in dialogue with Rodrigo's score.

Italian conductor Gianna Fratta completes the programme with Ravel's Alborada del gracioso, a colourful vision of Spain seen from France, and a selection from Albéniz's Suite española.

The Balearic Islands Symphony Orchestra (OSIB) presents its 2026-2027 subscription season at the Auditorium: eleven concerts from October to May, always on Thursdays, with leading international soloists and its principal conductor, Pablo Mielgo.
