This foundation was created in 2009 on the initiative of its founder and director Carles Ponseti i Verdaguer. The main activity is the organization of concerts and musical activities based on the Studium chamber choir, founded in 1982 and with a repertoire that includes works especially a capella by composers from the sixteenth to the twentieth centuries, and Studium Aureum, a grouping of vocal-instrumental character that works early music in all its manifestations.
