Alcúdiajazz
The different styles of jazz come together in this festival created in the 90's. Scheduled are five to six concerts each year, that take place in the Auditori d'Alcúdia and the Can Torró Library. The aim is to promote jazz and its culture not only through concerts but also through exhibitions and seminars. It is celebrated between August and October.

Alternatilla
This multidisciplinary, informative and educational festival initiated in 2005 and since then is celebrated in different venues of Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza. Alternatilla is promoted by a non-profit organization whose goal is to stimulate cultural activity in the Balearic Islands. It deals with different fields - art, photography, literature, music, theater, dance, etc. - And is aimed at the more interested audience. It involves independent and supportive artists who are committed to quality, regardless of commercial channels. Activities take place in theaters, concert halls, Cultural centers and on the street. It is held from April to September.

Amateur Theatre Festival Santanyí
This initiative emerged in 2009 from the Department of Education and Culture of the City Council of Santanyí with the aim of providing a performing space for amateur theater groups to be able to showcase their performances. Held every Saturdays of March in the Teatre Principal of the town and involves amateur theater groups Santanyí and other municipalities of Mallorca.

Ancient Music Festival Caimari
Music of the Baroque and Renaissance period with instruments of those times, are the ingredients of the festival. It was created in 2006 by harpsichordist Bartomeu Seguí and programs about six free concerts held in the old church of Caimari, in the municipality of Selva. In 2008 it was attended by the Dutch harpsichordist and musicologist Gustav Leonhardt, considered one of the pioneers of the historicist movement, who died in January 2012 at age 83. Banyalbujazz
The City of Banyalbufar programs since 2008, this cycle of open air jazz concerts between the months of June and August. In its early years the stage was the Clastra de sa Baronia, but the vast amount of public assisting, forced to move to the picturesque town square. It gives priority to the promotion of local jazz groups.

Bunyola Music Festival
This festival started in 1985 and is organized by the City of Bunyola. In each issue it unites prestigious soloists and classical music formations, but also includes in its program other musical genres such as tango. It features the Festival Jove that is dedicated to young performers of the municipality. From September to December.

Burball, Amateur Theatre Display in Palma
It is organized by the City Council of Palma and open to the participation of groups, collectives and non-professional theater companies who work within the amateur level. The works are represented in the Municipal Theatre Catalina Valls during June and July.

Check-in. International Festival of World Music
Created in 2011 with a very interesting and itinerant concept. The idea is to make in each edition a tour of five concerts (in March) in different parts of the world with an obligatory stop in Mallorca, where the organizers reside. In its first edition, the first concert was held in Palma and the second in Barcelona, then crossing the Atlantic to land in Jericoacoara (Brazil) and finish in Buenos Aires (Argentina). Involving groups of jazz, blues, funk, electronic music, Brazilian, etc.
