‘Burundanga’

This is the name of a substance that eliminates the will of the individual and is also the title of the last success by playwright Jordi Galcerán. Jordi Casasnovas now directs this co-production of FlyHard and La Villarroel interpreted by Carles Canut, Roser Blanch, Clara Cols, Pablo Lammers and Sergio Matamala.

Burundanga is a funny comedy of entanglements where the protagonists are a pair of lovers. Berta, a young pregnant student, wants to know if her boyfriend Manel really loves her. Her neighbor Silvia offers the solution: administer a dose of burundanga to tell the whole truth. This way Berta eventually finds out things she had not expected with unforeseen consequences.
