Kaplan Projects presents the exhibition Como un subwoofer en el botellón, the last individual project, and to date the most personal, by the Mallorcan artist Samuel Almansa (El Arenal, 1995).
The exhibition, of a purely pictorial nature, shows a series of images of a traditional nature that reflect the atmosphere of the neighborhood where he grew up, in which he captures emblematic elements of his environment, from beach towels, bottles or religious cards.
These images create a link between generations, placing before the viewer each identity symbol of a time, a specific context, a certain way of living, automatically linking with the broad collective memory.
