‘Enfrentados’

Arturo Fernandez and Bruno Ciordia star in this contemporary comedy of the American Bill C. Davis. Released in the 80s on Broadway Enfrentados   (Mass Appeal) obtained the Prix Molière, the Theatre World Award and Drama Desk Award in the United States.

Father Jose Maria is a Catholic priest of great charisma, he is loved and admired by the parishioners of the parish, located in one of the most elegant neighborhoods of the city.

He shares his tasks with a weekly television show in which current Church issues are discussed. He is equipped with a great sense of humor and subtle irony and represents and believes in the traditional values of the Church.

The appearance of young Thomas, a passionate and rebellious seminarian will upset many things in the parish of Our Lady leading to a confrontation that will take the viewer from laughter to tenderness throughout the performance.
