The Casal de Cultura Can Gelabert presents Floating Matter by the artist Alejandro Javaloyas (Palma, 1987), an exhibition of post-photography that explores the poetic idea of floating matter as a metaphor for life.
The exhibition, curated by Fernando Gómez de la Cuesta, occupies two rooms with forty photographic images, installations and a video. The mysterious and vaporous images are inspired by science fiction and the cinematographic world of masters such as Tarkovsky or Michelangelo Antonioni.
