The Grenadian artist Pepa Prieto, who lives in New York, presents a selection of her latest works created between 2012 and 2013. Concepts such as change, transformation or metamorphosis are very present in the almost 20 pieces of the exhibition.
As she says, her works are sheets of a diary in which she, as a a visual worker, dumps her emotions and experiences to reach new territories and feelings.
Pepa Prieto studied at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where she also earned a Master of Fine Arts. In her career she has combined commercial graphic design, creating projects for major brands such as MTV or Orange, with pictorial aspect.
