‘Noche oscura ahora’

Proposal of Teatro Guirigai directed by Agustín Iglesias and dramatized by Agustin Iglesias and Jose Manuel Martin Portales. The verses of Juan de la Cruz, facing contemporary poetry, turn the Noche oscura ahora( Now dark night) into a poetic experience and a dreamlike show, in which the sensitive and emotional takes center stage against reason.

Interpreted by Magda Arenal and Raúl Rodríguez, both characters find themselves lined up for the loss of consciousness. They wake up by the force of the word, and in the search of their own identity they go through the night of history to reach the maelstrom of our conflictive actuality.
