Group exhibition to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Kewenig Gallery with works on paper and cardboard of 30 international artists presented over the years in this ancient oratory turned into artistic space.
The period of the exhibits ranging from the 20s to the present day with works by Francis Picabia , Marcel Broodthaers, Imi Knoebel or Markus Lüpertz . Seen can be also works laden with humor by Victor Pivovarov and his son Pavel Pepperstein , representatives of the old and new generation of Moscow conceptualism .
Youth is represented by Marcelo Viquez , Ralf Ziervogel , Pepe Vives and Ivan Bazak . Present are also Sandra Vásquez de la Horra with her Casas de papel (paper houses) and Mallorcan sculptor and multimedia artist Bernardí Roig , who exposed for the first time in Kewenig . His work focuses on the representation of the human body, of which he takes distance through elements such as light, fire , ash and charcoal.
