‘Peter & Pan’

Xavo Giménez and María Cárdenas cover this classic by Scottish writer James Matthew Barrie, Peter Pan. A production in Valencian by Escalante Center Center d'Arts Escèniques-LaMar.

Peter has forgotten his childhood. From the window of his room in the nursing home, he moodily contemplates how everything has changed, how the stars have stopped blinking, how the Ferris wheel has stopped spinning. But the windows, when you forget about them, open and let in mischievous shadows.

And one of those shadows sneaks into Peter's memories. And, behind it, appears that child who never grew up. And his friend Tinker Bell. And the two of them take Peter to Neverland, because in Always Neverland there is no longer room for those who left their memory aside.
