‘Picos y alas’by Hartmut Usadel

This German artist is the founder of the Cultural Association Sa Taronja, which now shows this exhibition of his recent paintings. Picos y alas (Beaks and wings) is a series based on the world of birds, a recurring theme in the work of a quite unorthodox artist.

Also, and especially of chickens, a deeply rooted issue with the old use of the farm now occupied by the association, which functioned as a chicken farm. Hartmut Usadel converted the poultry houses in a theater of one hundred seats and ten studios for artists.

The works are exhibited in the space dedicated to exhibitions and in the restaurant.
