Antonio Guijarrro Morales, clinical psychologist, offers this talk which aims to establish the starting point from which communication starts, showing the attitude with which it will be easier for us to get results where there are no winners or losers, all this for the sake of a deeper and more authentic and, therefore, more satisfying relationship.

Antonio Guijarrro has worked with Carl Rogers in the Center for Studies of the Person in La Jolla (California) and is Instructor of the Effectiveness Training Association for the development of human relationships.
