This gastronomic proposal is celebrated in the Finca of Galatzó in Calvià and consists of a dinner elaborated according to the culinary customs of the Roman banquets.
Following the recipe of the chef Marcus Gavius Apicius, contemporary of Augustus and Tiberius, a tasting of Roman cuisine will be offered accompanied by the explanations of Professor Josep Campillo.
