‘Poder absoluto’

The actors Emilio Gutiérrez Caba and Eduard Farelo put themselves under the direction of Roger Peña starring in this fast-paced politician thriller which is immersed in the world of corruption, exposing the reality of political life.

Poder absoluto  (absolute power) tells the story of a renowned politician who aspires to the presidency of his country, despite having some dirt to hide. An ambitious young party member will help him in his mission. But in politics nothing is for free, nothing is what it seems.

A production of Espectaculo –La Villarroel written and directed by Roger Peña and staged by Carles Pujol, the chemistry between the veteran Emilio Gutiérrez Caba - Ceres Award 2013 Best Actor for his role in this work- and Eduard Farelo achieves the occurance on stage of a dramatic combat praised by critics and audiences.
