'Travellers'

Sebastián García Ferro, Joerg Hassman, Daniel Werner present this work as a prelude to the workshops of contact-improvisation which they will carry out in the Center Cap Vermell.

Travelers is a contemporary dance piece for three dancers. Three men share a common experience, the language of contact-improvisation and the ability to develop a type of eminently physical dance. The storyline features stories from different cultures that have in common the same necessities.

This dance form appeared in the 70s, and since then has continued to evolve. It is a sophisticated communication system, where two or more moving bodies are continually engaged in an exchange of energy and weight.
