‘Vai via’

Iolanda Llansó is the only performer in this first international co-production between the well-known children’s theatre company Xirriquiteula Teatre and one of the most prestigious companies on the Danish family theatre scene, ZeBU.

Vai via is a story for the whole family that pays tribute to all those women who prioritised caring for their loved ones over personal success.

Rita is a homeless woman who lives with only a handful of memories of an intense life, full of good and bad moments. Through her biography – explained in gestures, with evocative photographs, a voice-over and a beautiful original soundtrack – Vai via humanises and vindicates the lives of people who live on the streets.
