This proposal by Miquel Àngel Aguiló features singer Lorena Bonnín and pianist Magía Garcíes as soloists accompanied by the Ensemble Lumière orchestra.
The concert-show begins with 3 songs from the Camins de saviesa collection for voice and orchestra, created on phrases left to us by characters such as Mahatma Gandhi, Teresa of Calcutta or Martin L. King. These small sentences, loaded with wisdom, are the inspiration and texts of these pieces.
The second work, Ucraïna, is a microsymphony. Its 4 movements make the viewer experience the horror of this war in the first person. The show closes with a Concert per la pau, a concert for piano and orchestra written in a single continuous movement.
The Ensemble Lumière orchestra is made up of:
Violins: Marga Navarro (concertmaster), Carlota Coll (concertmaster), Helene Bordeaux, Chistine Schedukat, Carma Alzina and Alfredo Ardanaz
Violas: Enrique Baiget and Beatriz Torres
Cellos: Esteban Belinchón and Biel Fiol
Double bass: Pablo Moreno
Flute: Cati Roig
Oboe: Álvaro Renard
Clarinet: Juanjo Pardo
Bassoon: Igor Ratinoff
Harp: Assumpció Janer
Percussion: Ferran Martinez
Keyboards: Sergi Sellés
