10th anniversary of Addaya

Addaya Centre d’Art Contemporani  (Addaya Contemporary Art Centre) celebrates its tenth anniversary with the double exhibition of its collection in two spaces : the halls of the gallery and Son Tugores . These are works done by the artists during their residencies at the center and others acquired over the years.

The first part of the sample, under the title hinterlandmark occupies all  exhibition rooms of Addaya , tracing a journey through different views about the relationship between physical space and human presence.

Meanwhile the exhibition (el) Pabelló, located in the Casal Tugores ( http://www.artsmallorca.com/es/centro-/casal-son-tugores ) refers with its title to the extent of space that hosts it . It gathers a selection of pieces that deal with specific instances understood as social and cultural construction : consumption, military , media , sports, popular culture, intellectual or artistic meta- references.
