It is a classic in the Mallorcan summer: the Torrent des Pareis concert promoted by the Obra Social 'Sa Nostra "Caixa de Balears. This year it celebrates its 50th anniversary with performances by the Choir of the University of the Balearic Islands and the Mallorcan group Cap Pela.
Founded in 1976 by its director Joan Company, the Choir of the Universitat de les Illes Balears has become a leading exponent of the music in the Balearics and a coral reference in Spain.
They have performed in major theaters and concert halls of Spain and in different countries of Europe and America.
