50th Anniversary of the Archaeological Museum of Deià

This year marks half a century since the founding of this small museum created in 1962 by New York painter and archaeologist William Waldren. To celebrate this, it organizes a program of activities from 15 to 30 September that take place in different scenarios of Deià.

From September 21 to October 3 the Hotel La Residencia will feature the exhibition Visualizando la prehistoria en el arte, las palabras y la música (Viewing prehistory exposure in art, words and music), bringing together different disciplines such as painting, sculpture, poetry, prose and music. It will be inaugurated on Friday 21 at 19:30.
