Almanya (2011), directed by Sambereli, narrates the lives of Turkish immigrants in Germany. Presented out of competition at the Berlin Film Festival it was warmly welcomed by the public. In a tone of comedy, the film's starting point is the search for identity of the Turkish-German second and third generation. The screening is in original version with subtitles.
