'A solas con todo el mundo'

It is one of the first productions of Ultramarinos Lucas, founded in Guadalajara in 1994 A solas con todo el mundo (Alone with everybody) debuted in 97 as a collective creation based on poems by American author Charles Bukowski (1920-1994), which highlighted both his work as his cursed condition.

Three actors with three lecterns speak with the voice of Bukowski, a voice sometimes polyphonic, others fragmented, sometimes interpreted, whispered, dialogued, coral or in monologue, with the word as the protagonist.

Bukowski shows us what happens around us in the starkest way, as a direct punch to the stomach, with common vulgar words, but of great emotional expression. However, despite its brutality and crudeness, always has a place for humor.
