Two Berlin artists Kim Dotty Hachmann and Steffi Simmen, play with the myth of Hollywood and confirm with their work that the essence of every success of a Hollywood box office success can be condensed in less than five minutes.
In Everything about Hollywood, which is now presented in Can Gelabert, Hachmann and Simmen show three works of video (Neo, Alpha II and Birdie) and pictures that fit into the genres of action film, sci-fi and western. In their works they unite the German writer Karl May with Star Trek, the Brothers Grimm with Hollywood.
