Veteran Will Sharp, desperate for money to cover his wife's medical bills, turns to the one person he knows he shouldn't, his foster brother Danny.

Danny offers to participate in a bank robbery, the largest in the history of the city. Will can't say no. When his escape attempt goes awry, the brothers hijack an ambulance with an injured police officer and paramedic.
