Andrea Motis Trío

From a very young talent trained under Joan Chamorro in the miraculous Sant Andreu Jazz Band, to the reality of international jazz on the list of legendary labels like Impulse and Verve. This has been the brilliant career of Andrea Motis (Barcelona, 1995), a singer and trumpeter with exquisite musicality who, this time strictly as a vocalist, visits the Manacor Auditorium at the 13th edition of the Jazz Voyeur Festival.

Accompanied by a solid and classic trio with whom she has been traveling all over the world for years.
world, Motis presents us with a repertoire influenced, as always, by the music of two of her idols, Louis Armstrong and Chet Baker. With special mentions to the recent Do Outro Lado Do Azul, a record of Brazilian fragrances with a beautiful adaptation of Serrat's Mediterráneo.
