The Ensemble de la Setmana de Música Antiga premiered this project directed by Luis Antonio González produced by the Setmana de Música Antigaof the Colònia de Sant Pere with the collaboration of the Festival de Música Antiga des Migjorn Gran y el Cicle de Música Antiga de Palma.
With the cantatas of the Mallorcan composer Antoni Lliteres Carrió (Artà, 1673- Madrid, 1747) as the central axis, the program presents a game of contrasts between the Hispanic and Italian styles. With works by Lliteres, Conti and Telemann.
Starring: Irene Mas (soprano), Eva Febrer and Cristina Altemir (baroque violins), Joan Rodríguez (baroque oboe), Rafel Caldentey (chalumeau), Marc Alomar (violoncello), Ferran Pisà (tiorba and baroque guitar), Luis Antonio González ( harpsichord and direction).
