In this project, the artist from Madrid Eugenio Merino (1975) reflects on the political and social situation in which Spanish society lives inspired by the cartoons of Hermano Lobo (brother wolf), a magazine founded by cartoonist Chumy Chúmez which was published between 1972 and 1976.

Siempre (always) includes works that are part of a series inaugurated with Franco Always a sculpture exhibited in Arc 2012, a metaphor of the dictatorship and its influence on the current sociopolitical context.
