Created in Marratxí (Mallorca) in 2017, Cabot is a quartet formed by Josep Cabot, Pablo Alegría, Miquel Cabot and Joan Planas. With a pop-rock style, fresh and with a message, they sing about love but also about diversity, culture and the need to fix things.
The project began to grow and a year later they were semi-finalists in the Sona9 competition, which gave them the opportunity to play at the BAM in Barcelona (La Mercè festivities) and record a song at the Bucbonera studios with Tomàs Robisco and Jordi Bastida.
In January 2019, their first album, Llengües, was released, released by the Blau record company and recorded by Toni Pastor, who from that moment on also became part of the group as guitarist and producer.
Months later they released a version of Llengües with the collaboration of artists such as Tomeu Penya, Pep Suasi, Pau Frach (OR), Salvaje Corazón, Marta Elka, Cap Pela or Shanguito, among others.
