The Orquestra Lauseta, the resident classical orchestra of the Teatre Lloseta, presents this proposal in the IV Cicle de Música Clàssica.Charlie Parker amb corda! It fuses jazz music and classical music as a tribute to the great American saxophonist and composer Charlie Parker (Kansas City, 1920-New York, 1955), one of the greatest exponents of bebop.
Directed by Xisco Amengual, the Orquestra Lauseta, Fran Catalá as solo saxophonist and the Ovella Negra Jazz Trio, formed by Joan Frontera (piano), Teodor Salvà (drums) and Pablo Martín di Salvo (double bass) take part in the concert.
