Cycle of Mallorcan auteur cinema

This cycle projects four films by Mallorcan directors who enjoy great prestige and international recognition. They are Antoni Aloy, Agusti Villaronga, Rafa Cortés and Daniel Monzón, one of  the in vogue directors of today who in 2010 won the Goya award for best director for the film Celda 211.

The program is as follows:
03-10-2012: El Zel. first feature film by Antoni Aloy. It was shot on the Raixa estate.
10/10/2012: El Mar (2000). A dramatic and disturbing film directed by Agustín Villaronga based on the novel by Blai Bonet. In the script took part Antoni Aloy, Biel Mesquida and Villaronga himself.
24/10/2012: Jo (2007). Directed by Rafa Cortés, tells the story of a man trying to show an innocence that nobody questions.
31.10.2012: La caixa Kovak (2007), a suspense and science fiction film directed by Daniel Monzón.
