Daniela Pes is a musician and singer-songwriter born in 1992 in the heart of Gallura, in the center of the island of Sardinia. She is one of the proposals for Cançons de la Mediterrània 2024.
Daniela Pes is immersed in a creative moment in which music flows without barriers or preconceived ideas, whether as a singer, as an instrumentalist, as an electronic composer... Hers is a multifaceted talent.
In April 2023 she released her first album, Spira, a synthesis of Daniela's many musical lives. In fact, she comes to her debut with an impressive resume that includes a degree in Jazz Singing from the Sassari Conservatory and a scholarship to the Nuoro Jazz Summer Seminars, directed by Paolo Fresu, which led her to perform in Time in Jazz and at Harp Festival in Rio de Janeiro.
This recognition of her music is completed by the prestigious Andrea Parodi Award in 2017, the award for Best Music and the Nuovoimaie award, for Music Culture, in 2018. Her debut album, Spira, won the Targa Tenco 2023 as Best First Feature.
