The series Redescubriendo la Mar schedules the screening of Desierto líquido, a 2016 Spanish film directed by Daniel Carrasco and Alba Azaola. A documentary filmed between Spain and Africa (Mauritania and Senegal) that analyzes the important problems derived from overfishing that affect the maintenance of fishing resources and all traditional fishing populations.
The presentation and subsequent colloquium will be led by Beatriz Guijarro González, researcher at the Centre Oceanogràfic de les Illes Balears.
