The cultural association Sa Taronja joins the celebration of International Women's Day with this evening of music and dance that highlights the strength and creativity of women. In addition, it will also serve to vindicate the reproductive rights of women against the controversial reform of the abortion law of the Government.
On stage, Sheela Gathright and Carmen Jaime, accompanied by violinist Mariyana Dimova and África Alaró, a powerful group of twenty women led by Professor African dance Mamadou Diop that dance to the beat of percussionists N'gor, Abdoulaye and Luis. As background, the graphic works of the painter Mayte Bayon.
