Comic opera in three acts with music by Gaetano Donizetti and libretto by G. Ruffini and the composer himself, offered within the series Les Nits d'òpera a Santanyi (The Nights of Opera in Santanyi) accompanied by the chamber orchestra of the Lyric Week program of the municipality. Don Pasquale was premiered at the Theatre des Italiens in Paris in 1843 and was one of the great Italian comic operas.
