'Epic sound: The music of the heroes in the movies'

The Alcúdia Auditorium celebrates its fifteenth anniversary with this special concert by the Municipal de Música d'Alcudia (BMMA) and with the collaboration of the Balearic Association of Friends of the soundtracks (ABABS).

The program consists of suites of films as famous as Conan the Barbarian, The Da Vinci Code, Blade Runner, Saving Private Ryan, Pirates of the Caribbean or Game of Thrones, among many others. A proposal that goes from the symphonic of John Williams to the minimalism of Hans Zimmer, passing through the fathers of epic sound, Basil Poledouris or Miklós Rózsa.

Jaume Garcia is the artistic director of this concert which also features musicians and guest artists and where the BMMA shows its instrumentation. It is accompanied by a spectacular staging with large screen projection of images of the films.
