Retrospective of the painter from Manacor Joan Serra who died with only 29 years, a total of 30 paintings of different formats and some drawings form this exhibition curated by his brother Miquel Serra who will give a concert on the closing day.
Joan Serra was graduated in Fine Arts at the University of Barcelona. His early work could be seen at the Cultural Centre of Colonia de Sant Pere, la Torre de ses Puntes, the Cultural Centre of Felanitx, the City Council of Calvià and Excorxador in Marratxí. In 2002, he won second prize for painting at Vila de Capdepera.
