Binissalem is famous for its vineyards and gives its name to a Denomination of Origin that comprises five winery municipalities. In this fair all the wineries in the D.O. Binissalem participate and there will be, wine tasting, demonstrations related to the grape harvest, grape contests, parades of floats ... A traditional dish on these days are fideus de vermar (grape harvest noodles), a very old tasty recipe made with ewe meat.
