'Grease, el musical'

First it was released in theaters in 1972 and six years later would launch to fame with the film, directed by Randal Kleiser and starring John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John. Set in America in the 50s, when glitter and toupees were all the rage, Grease  has become one of the legendary musicals on the international scene.

Baleartmusic produces this Mallorcan adaptation that now opens in the Teatre Principal in Palma and which is the scenic debut of the new company. It features musical direction by Deborah Monserrat, stage direction by Andreu Burguera and choreography by Hazem Zakaria, where contemporary, classical and salsa styles are mixed.

The main roles are played by Victoria Maldi (Sandy), Ricky Merino (Danny), Tamara Fajardo (Rizzo) and Bernat Molina (Kenickie).
