Tribute to the former charcoal burners

This year within the XV edition of the Fira de l'Oliva tribute is paid to the ancient craft of coal burning with the installation of a silo in the town square, an interesting demonstration of the Mallorcan ethnological heritage.

For ten days Caimari performs a number of activities in which the olive is the protagonist, art exhibitions, tastings of bread with all kinds of olives, a visit to a mill and other events. Consult the comprehensive program that the City Council has organized for this original fair.
