Contributing to the dissemination and visibility of mental illnesses is the aim of the Hope project by the Swedish artist Aamod Korhonen. In it, men from different countries in Europe share stories that have gone through difficult moments similar to those experienced by himself: depression and the suicide attempt.
Hope's message is that you can move on and overcome it, through fifteen photographs with fifteen stories of men who tell their experiences, two of them from Mallorca.
On February 15, a multidisciplinary round table is scheduled to debate on the subject with the participation of associations such as Homes Transitant, PalmaCompasiva and AFASIB (Association of relatives and friends of suicide survivors in the Balearic Islands).
