First Professional Development Day for Job Search

Held for the first time in Palma and organized by the Forum of Human Resources of the Balearic Islands and the Colegio de Graduados Sociales de Baleares( School of Social Graduates of the Balearic). In it, prestigious professionals in the areas of Human Resources, coaching, career guidance, leadership and business management (all volunteers) will listen to unemployed people and provide them with information to optimize their job search process, to guide them and get back on their feet in these difficult times.

Encamina 2013 includes conferences, two-hour workshops and  personalized sessions between twenty and thirty minutes. The conference will cover topics such as Looking ahead, which will be done by Paco Muro, CEO of Otto Walter Spain, and Who finds work?, By Domènec Biosca, President of the Association of Managers and Experts in Tourism Businesses.
