The millenarian salt mines along its territory, already exploited by the Romans, give name to the town of Ses Salines, which this year celebrates the second edition of a fair dedicated to salt and spices. It takes place in the coastal village of Colonia de Sant Jordi, and in it we can enjoy a gastronomic shows, craft market music and children's activities.
